Refund policy

As space is limited and we hold a spot for you, refunds will not be provided unless communicated at least one week in advance or in the case of a medical issue or emergency. Any changes &/or cancellations are subject to a 10% administrative fee. In addition, registrations cannot be transferred to another site unless communicated at least one week in advance.
